School / District-Wide System Support
Tier 01
Tier 1 services are designed to build proactive, district-wide behavioral systems that support all students. I provide expert consultation to align your MTSS framework and coach leadership teams through universal PBIS implementation, data review, and policy development. By utilizing validated fidelity assessments (such as the TFI or SET) and providing comprehensive staff training on behavior foundations and de-escalation, I help schools create consistent, positive learning environments and sustainable systems-level change.
Targeted Group Interventions
Tier 02
Tier 2 services are designed to deliver targeted, data-driven interventions for students needing additional behavioral support. I partner with your school teams to implement effective MTSS Tier 2 strategies, including comprehensive training for Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) systems and small group social skills facilitation. Through direct teacher consultation on classroom management and hands-on coaching for behavior data teams, I help build your staff's capacity to confidently monitor student progress and sustain effective group-level supports.
Individualed Intensive Services
Tier 03
Designed for students with the most complex behavioral needs, my individualized Tier 3 services center on thorough data collection and comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). I partner closely with IEP teams to write measurable behavior goals, develop robust Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and create customized crisis behavior protocols. By providing ongoing progress monitoring support, staff training, and BACB-aligned RBT supervision when needed, I help ensure your most intensive behavioral interventions are both legally compliant and highly effective for the student.
